Axis Spine and Pain, a PartnerCare affiliated company, is seeking a full-time Rad Tech, to join our growing and established practice in Warner Robins, Ga at the Lakeview Surgery Center. 

Our practice focuses on taking care of the patient with a comprehensive plan, delivering high customer service, keeping patients safe and well-informed and reducing patients' pain as much as possible.

Our team of physicians, nurses, anesthesiologists, and staff are dedicated to ensuring that patients can improve their quality of life with pain relief that involves the use of cutting-edge technology. 

The Rad Tech is a trained medical professional performing radiological duties in compliance with regulatory and departmental requirements. The Rad Tech will perform radiographic exams, ordered by the physician, that are technically satisfactory, properly positioned and processed adequately.   • Performs timely radiology procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician.
  • Performs necessary quality control procedures to ensure quality exams are performed.
  • Prepares patients for radiologic procedures and follows established clinical and regulatory procedures regarding patient safety and care, including proper radiation protection, and shielding techniques.
  • Ensures that equipment is in proper working order and reports any malfunctions to the Manager or provider on duty.
  • Follows documentation procedures and completes required documentation related to patient visit in a timely manner.
  • Assumes responsibility for maintaining and improving diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills with the support and assistance of outside educational resources.
  • Responsible for maintaining current licensure and certification for the facility radiology equipment and licensure.
  • Must be able demonstrate appropriate clinical judgment and apply professional skills to a patient population of all ages.

  • Certificate or Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology required.
  • State of Georgia Medical Board X-ray Operators License required.
  • ARRT certified.
  •  Significant and successful prior x-ray experience is preferred.
  • BLS Certified.
