Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Portfolio Property Manager at Partners Development. The Portfolio Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties located in Knoxville and surrounding area. This includes coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing tenant relations, monitoring budgets and financials, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The role requires property visits with on-site property management office at UT Research Park facility.
