Established Spring Branch area IT Consulting firm is seeking an Accountant/Office Manager on a temp to hire basis.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to set up Accounting in QuickBooks
- Processing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing and Collections
- Running Monthly Reports
- Reconciliations
- Scheduling with prospects and clients
- Assist with generating and forwarding proposals to prospects
- Handling insurance compliance
Qualifications:
- Experienced in QuickBooks Online
- Must work well independently
- Have strong follow up and follow through skills; ability to run with things
