Front Desk Receptionist
Overview:
Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and be the first point of contact for our patients and other receptionists. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and organizational abilities in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage appointments, reservations, and inquiries
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role for 3 years in medical clinics
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, EHR, Phreesia, etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office equipment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
