Seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Training Department – On-Site –Monday-Friday – Long Term Contract - $19.00/hour

Job Overview:

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and managing training data, ensuring the training room is stocked, and providing support to technicians and trainers. The role requires a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
    • Enter, update, and maintain training data in spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Use Excel functions such as data entry, sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables to manage and analyze data.
    • Regularly update training data and generate reports as needed.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    • Contact technicians who have graduated to check on their progress.
    • Communicate with managers and trainers to gather feedback on graduates.
    • Distribute data and reports via phone, email, or mail.
  • Training Room Management:
    • Ensure the training room is stocked with food, snacks, and drinks.
    • Order and maintain training supplies and materials, including researching options, comparing costs, and managing timelines.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Administer and maintain the training management system.
    • Prepare and maintain ongoing documents and procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the training team.
