Position Summary:
As an Outside Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling our product line to maximize profit while ensuring the best interests of our Company, its employees, and its customers. You will uphold high ethical standards in all business transactions and provide exceptional service to both assigned and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Company in a designated marketing area or to specific accounts.
- Achieve sales and profit quotas in alignment with company strategies.
- Utilize the CRM program to build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities.
- Introduce new products and answer related questions.
- Systematically manage customer calls and territory activities.
- Conduct prospecting for new accounts and use sales materials effectively.
- Attend meetings, industry shows, and conventions as required.
- Collaborate with vendor representatives and assist in training new sales staff.
- Provide feedback on competitors, products, and sales leads.
- Maintain professionalism, handle customer complaints, and cooperate with other departments.
