Partnership Employment is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near White Plains, NY
Our client, a rapidly growing Health and Wellness firm, is looking to hire a Financial Analyst-M&A to their team. Newly created division, reporting into and working in tandem with the Director of Finance, M&A, great opportunity for someone with excellent financial modeling skills. Company is in hyper-growth mode and will have heavy exposure to senior leadership as they continue to scale up.
Requirements:
- Develop and manage detailed financial models as a key part of acquisition due diligence.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Finance M&A and Business Development team on all acquisitions, including financial modeling of target acquisitions and pro forma development for new business opportunities (M&A and Strategic Partnerships).
- Assist in creating deal-specific financial models, working with other functional leaders and the seller when needed.
- Support financial and operational due diligence of target companies, coordinating with internal functional stakeholders on due diligence activities.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel-based financial modeling
- 2-4 years in Investment Banking or Private Equity as a Financial Analyst
- Open to mostly remote candidate, but must be in the tri-state area and have the ability to come to the office in Westchester.
