Partnership Employment is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Tarrytown, NY

Immediately hiring a Human Resources Coordinator in Tarrytown, NY! Organization is a highly reputable national advanced manufacturing company with over $250m in revenue. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for HRIS database management, employee onboarding/offboarding assistance, HR policy overviews, and general administrative support. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 
  • One year or internship experience in Human Resources or a corporate clerical function
  • Experience using ADP is highly preferred 
  • High level of professionalism and business acumen 
  • Ability to work with confidential data/documents
  • Solid technical aptitude, organized work ethic

Responsibilities 

  • Scan training files from sales/commercial to ADP WFN e-file.
  • Input new employee information into ADP WFN HRIS system as needed.
  • Convert policies into appropriate MS Word / PDF format
  • Upload to ADP (possibly for both US and Canada ADP WFN systems).
  • Pull, review and organize pension plan participant files, checking data against ADP system and entering in missing/incomplete data. Set up new files as needed.
  • Scan and upload missing pension election forms from paper files to ADP WFN and clean up current pensioner e-files. 
  • Upload general training certificates to ADP WFN e-file.
  • Assist with onboarding procedures (uploading all new hire documents from their first day of work).
  • Scan Direct Deposit and W4 forms to ADP WFN e-file.
  • Scan and upload other documents for payroll files.
  • Scan medical notes from benefit folders to ADP WFN e-file.
  • Scan forms from other benefit folders to ADP WFN e-file.
  • Upload new hire photos to ADP WFN.
  • Add new hires to JD Edwards system.
  • Code terminations in JD Edwards system.
  • Input employee address changes in ADP WFN and JDE. 
  • Sort, distribute, scan and process daily mail correspondence.
  • Update employee file system, separating terminated employee files from active paper files.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday 
  • 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5pm (some flexibility on start time)
  • Position begins as a contract role
