Role Overview:

As our Sales/Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our company’s growth. You'll manage the day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure every customer has a seamless, exceptional experience. Your leadership will directly impact our success and help us expand our footprint in the Knoxville area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Customer Relationships: Proactively reach out to potential customers, promote our services, and build lasting relationships within the community.

- Operations Management: Create efficient weekly schedules, strategically assign delivery routes, and oversee the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and inspire a high-performing team, maintaining quality assurance, productivity, and a positive work environment.

- Customer Service Excellence: Respond to customer inquiries, create quotes and proposals, and assist in event planning to exceed customer expectations.

- Talent Management: Lead the hiring process, from reviewing resumes to conducting interviews, and ensure thorough training and supervision of employees.

- Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate repairs for warehouse equipment and vehicles, ensuring everything is in top working condition.

- Strategic Planning: Regularly meet with supervisors to review performance, analyze productivity, and develop actionable plans for continuous improvement.

- Seasonal Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime during our busy summer season and availability on weekends is crucial.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- 3 years of experience in management and business operations.

- 3 years of sales experience.

- Physically capable of handling heavy equipment.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Highly organized with attention to detail and a strong ability to plan and execute.

- A track record of ethical standards and professional integrity.

- Proven leadership ability with a vision for team success.

- Clean driving record.

Preferred:

- Mechanically inclined with handyman skills.

- A degree in business or a related field.'

Schedule:

- 40-50 hours per week, typically Saturday-Wednesday.

- Flexible hours between 6am to 8pm.

- Weekend availability is a must.
