Party Fowl is Hiring a Host Near Franklin, TN
As a host, your main role will be to seat guests, take and maintain reservations, and facilitate takeout orders from the restaurant. To succeed in this role, you need strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Ability to use a point-of-sale system and a tablet to process reservations and online orders.
- Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment.
- Ability to work and communicate with servers and other staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Greet customers and answer questions.
- Have FULL KNOWLEDGE of the Party Fowl menu to facilitate takeout orders.
- Alert servers if tables are in need of attention.
- Make sure clean dishes, flatware, glasses, straws, napkins, and other dining materials are available as needed.
- Strong team player willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Availability to work evenings and on weekends, including holidays.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs or more.
- Willing to stand or walk for extended periods.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
