**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Accounts Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Process customer orders, requests, and service jobs accurately and efficiently

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability

- Assist special event/wedding customers with luxury rentals

- Coordinate staging for special event/wedding customer

- Coordinate with Driver Technician to effectively route daily schedule

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with Client Relations Manager to address customer needs promptly

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system

- Utilize Service Core software for tracking and managing deliveries and services

- Provide phone support with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

- Proficiency in data entry and typing skills

- Knowledge of Service Core or similar Service Job software is a plus

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions

- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information System) is advantageous

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
