Job Title: Oracle Demantra Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Demantra Environment Management:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and hands-on experience in Demantra environment setups, functionality, integrations, and ongoing support.
  • Administer and manage Oracle Demantra Demand Management, PTP, and S&OP.

• Integration Expertise:

  • Strong experience with on-premise Demantra features and integration with Oracle R12.2 EBS modules (INV, OM, etc.).
  • Configure and manage the Demantra Analytical Engine on Linux and Unix platforms (WebLogic Server and Tomcat).

• Technical Development:

  • Build data models, server expressions, client expressions, workflows, and design and develop methods.
  • Innovate solutions to solve complex problem statements using Demantra methods and tools.

• Data Management:

  • In-depth knowledge of internal Demantra table structures and data flow.

• Communication and Collaboration:

  • Excellent communication skills for direct client interactions.
  • Manage incidents, defects, enhancements, and change requests, prioritizing backlog with business users using ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

• Support and Training:

  • Provide support and training as required.
  • Prepare and maintain Oracle AIM documentation.

• Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain functional specifications (MD.50), and functional deployment documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 8 years of techno-functional experience in on-prem Oracle Demantra.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Demantra Demand Management Administration, PTP, S&OP.
  • Proven experience with EBS and Demantra integration.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Demantra Analytical Engine Configuration on Linux and Unix (WebLogic Server and Tomcat).
  • Hands-on experience in building data models, server expressions, client expressions, and workflows.

• Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to innovate and solve complex problems using Demantra methods.

• Documentation and Support:

  • Well-versed with Oracle AIM Documentation.
  • Capable of handling incident management, defect and enhancement management, and change request management.
