Position Title: Corporate Strategy Officer

Location: Dallas or Houston, TX

$ 160K-$200K plus full benefits package and relocation and visa support.

Job Summary:

The Corporate Strategy Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market presence for the Company. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in corporate strategy, market analysis, and business development within the construction equipment sector. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills to steer the company toward achieving its long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate strategies to enhance market share, profitability, and overall business growth.

- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the construction equipment trading industry.

- Collaborate with senior management to define the company’s strategic vision and align it with operational goals.

- Lead strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures, to drive business expansion.

- Evaluate and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor industry developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains agile and competitive.

- Provide strategic guidance and support to various departments to ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives.

- Prepare and present strategic reports, business plans, and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the construction equipment or related industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills both in English and Japanese.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
