- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales

- Previous experience in a leadership role in a retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals
- Knowledge of retail math and basic financial principles
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to interview, hire, and train new employees
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
