Required Skills Solid concepting and knowledge of the graphic design landscape Visual communication skills that will knock our socks off, including: graphic design and typography Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and process Intermediate software skills in Flash, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator Required Experience A bachelor's degree, design or advertising emphasis is preferred 3-5 years of graphic design experience Advertising agency experience is preferred The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
