From September to December, many companies across the U.S. hire Passport Health and its excellent team of nurses to come onsite and provide flu vaccinations and/or biometric screenings.

Position Overview:

Passport Health is looking for a Seasonal Supply Chain Coordinator to support our flu clinic for a seasonal role from August through December. This role is based out of the Corporate office in Phoenix, AZ.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor, the Seasonal Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities of packing, shipping, and tracking supplies and managing the delivery and return processes of flu vaccines. This role requires the individual to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Preparing, Pulling, Packing and Shipping supplies and vaccines daily
• Tracking and logging all outgoing deliveries and incoming returns within software systems daily
• Assistance in managing supply and stock inventory levels (packing materials and clinical supplies)
• Counting, sorting, standing and bending for extended periods of time
• Maintaining a tidy and organized work environment

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must successfully pass a Background Screening
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
• An attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building
• Punctuality, a great work ethic, and a positive can-do attitude!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday; The shift must range from the hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, and would need to remain consistent during contract. We are willing to work with someone if they are needing to be more flexible on the 8 hours per day. Thank you for your interest in joining Passport Health!
