With 12 offices throughout the five boroughs, Long Island and Upstate New York, our firm serves clients in need legal representation for Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability, Civil Service Disability Pensions, and Personal Injury claims.

We are currently seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our highly productive Workers Compensation practice. This position involves daily and constant work helping attorneys keep their cases well-organized and moving. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a high standard of ethics and strong communication skills.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

· Welcoming clients who come to the office to be seen by staff

· Scheduling appointments

· Handling high volume of calls via the main switchboard, screening and directing calls to the appropriate parties

· Update and post onto Outlook Calendar and Visitor Log of all daily scheduled and walk-in appointments

· Receive, sort, and label all incoming correspondence with appropriate Matter ID’s to prepare for importing into the proper cases

· Posting mail and placing in the Mailbox at the end of the day

· Maintain organization and supplies for Front Waiting Area such as restocking coffee pods, sugar, creamer, mini-water bottles

· Provide general office support and assistance in completing miscellaneous projects as needed

· Fluent in Spanish

Required Skills/ Abilities:

· Ability to work a switchboard

· Professional and pleasant personality with customer service experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Verbal and written communication skills

· Reliability
