Responsibilities:
  • Help assist with other body shop techs
  • Document all repairs & orders properly
  • Vehicle washing, waxing, revitalizing processes
  • Interacting with external vendors on parts inventory
  • Help to maintain the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Required to understand and keep abreast of all federal, state and local regulations that affect their operations.
  • Effective vehicle production and inventory control
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Body shop and automotive customer service experience
  • A hard-working can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills
  • Drug screen and background check
  • State certified
