Demonstrate proficiency in all traffic-ITS concepts
Often serves in role of (LTP), but typically under the responsible charge of a more senior PE
Proficient in technical writing
Capable of leading marketing efforts for less complex projects
Assist Task Managers in a variety of project administrative duties
Assist Senior Engineers with marketing efforts on larger, more complex projects
Directs Engineer Interns, designers, and technicians in completing traffic-ITS tasks, providing frequent peer reviews on their work
Requires little-to-no technical supervision by senior staff
Complete tasks and projects within established supervisor’s expectations
Ability to direct and mentor younger staff
What You’ll Need
Must have between 4 - 10 years of progressively more complex post-registration engineering experience.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent from an ABET Accredited University, majoring in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Registered Professional Engineer (PE)

Demonstrate leadership qualities in all aspects while continuing to produce at a high level
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on deadline-driven activities
Skill in working with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other Office Products
Ability to work with across other disciplines (roadway, structures and drainage, landscape, etc.) to identify and reduce design conflicts
