Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hold a New Jersey Teacher Certification P-3 in accordance with the requirements of NJ State Standards with Bilingual Endorsement.
  • Knowledge of the WIDA Standards and mandated state testing.
  • Knowledge of the New Jersey State Learning Standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of teaching content in Spanish.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with grade level colleagues to provide individualized, yet rigorous instruction in Bilingual Strategies
  • Demonstrate knowledge of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management
  • Experience working with student in various grade levels in various content areas.
  • Knowledge of assessment and data analysis for instructional purposes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community.
