As an Assembly Lead for the 2nd shift (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Team Lead), you'll be at the forefront of our production objectives. You'll manage a team, organize job duties, oversee training for new hires, prioritize daily workflow to meet customer delivery dates, and work with engineers and suppliers to resolve quality issues. You'll also have the opportunity to troubleshoot machine problems and coordinate inventory cycle counts.

• Previous leadership experience (i.e. lead person, crew leader, etc.).
• Experience with PCs and Windows software. Database experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical documents such as technical manuals and mechanical engineered drawings.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality system.
• Proficient in Blueprint Reading, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Assembly Skills, Excellent Communication Skills, and Shop Math Skills.
