As a Production Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Manufacturing Operator), you'll be responsible for all activities related to the safe operation of production machines. This includes setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. You'll also be expected to maximize equipment utilization, maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to team training and development.

- At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing operation, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to read a tape measure accurately and quickly, and apply high school level math concepts.
- Ability to read and follow instructions, and apply common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or graphic instructions.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly. Must also have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
