As a Maintenance Mechanic (also known as Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic), you'll troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, follow diagrams and manuals, diagnose and repair CNC equipment and PLC control systems, and identify the root causes of issues to perform necessary repairs.

- Regular schedule: Monday - Friday with some Saturdays.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in VFDs and PLCs, and ability to create ladder diagram schematics for various electrical circuits.
- Experience with operating cutting torches and welding equipment to fabricate, cut, or join metal parts.
- Skilled in using a range of tools, from common hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, capable of teaching and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills.
