Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist or Facility Maintenance Technician), you'll be responsible for maintaining equipment, site facilities, and assets. You'll perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, establish best practices for maintenance, and provide leadership and training to other technicians.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Education/training or applicable experience in a skilled trade pertaining to industrial maintenance such as Mechanical, Electrical, Fluid power, Machining, Welding, etc.
  • Ability to read and work from schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and sketches.
  • Understanding of electrical control systems and control logic platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with co-workers.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform in varying temperatures.
  • Ability to work long shifts (up to 12 hours per shift in a 24-hour period).
  • Customer service oriented with a professional approach.
