As a Plant Operations Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Manager), you'll manage the operations of plant machinery and building maintenance. You'll set clear expectations and goals for your team, provide training, measure performance, and offer feedback. You'll also oversee the maintenance of production facilities, schedule preventative maintenance, troubleshoot machinery issues, and order necessary mechanical parts and supplies.
