As an Aircraft Paint Technician (also known as Paint Application Specialist, Coating Operator), you'll perform paint application to aircraft parts using moderately complex products and processes. You'll follow National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP) requirements, prepare and mix coatings, operate spray systems, and inspect surfaces for defects and compliance. You'll also support the continuous flow of products within the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with governing regulations.
