As a Molding Setup Technician (also known as Injection Molding Technician, Molding Machine Operator), you'll be responsible for changing over molding machines and automation according to the production schedule. Your duties will include ensuring machines function under normal operating conditions, making necessary adjustments, completing repairs, and working with the engineering team on complex topics. You'll also be expected to follow strict safety procedures, understand the urgency of troubleshooting machines, and document repairs for traceability.

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience running Injection Molding Machine Equipment preferred.
- Proficiency in Tool/Die/Mold Setup, Blueprint Reading, Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Injection Molding.
- Strong logical hands-on problem-solving skills and technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office) and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools, with familiarity with metric measuring systems.
