DescriptionThe Summit Resort is nestled in beautiful Laconia, New Hampshire (15 minutes from Tilton and Belmont). Minutes from lake Winnipesaukee, The Summit Resorts is a high-end resort, consisting of 4 buildings of guest rooms, outdoor and indoor amenities, and beautiful indoor and outdoor pools (employee use permitted!). Join our new and senior staff in the Front Desk department and take in the surrounding splendor the area has to offer!

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and direct them throughout the resort.
  • Guest Check Ins and Check outs.
  • Issue Room Keys.
  • Post charges and transactions to folios.
  • Accepts responsibility for accurately maintaining a cash bank.
  • Provides and ensures high-quality guest relations. Receives and resolves guest complaints in a manner consistent with company policy. Makes Front Desk Manager aware of any guest complaints.
  • Anticipate guest needs and react in a quick and proficient manner.
  • Sell merchandise in Lobby.
  • Answer phones and direct calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Communicate services and amenities of resort to all guests and owners.
  • Communicate important information clearly with other departments.
  • Process folios accurately ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
  • Check the pool hourly for any problems or issues.
  • Check owner information making sure all financials are up to date.
  • Keeps the coffee station clean and sanitary at all times.
  • Makes welcome packets.
  • Update Maintenance board with room or guest issues.
  • Sell beer and wine at pool bar.
  • Completes regular duties assigned as stated on daily checklist.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
  • 2 Years Customer Service Experience
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Ability to perform duties with attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
