Responsibilities:
- Handle both pre and post-sale services such as lockouts, evictions, and trash outs
- Communicating with vendors to ensure services are completed correctly and time
- Reviewing photos for quality assurance and completion
- Interact directly with the client in a professional manner regarding general and specific inquiries
- Negotiate & submit bids into data base for approval
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload
Job details:
- Full Time: M-F
- Pay: $18.00
- Job Type: Train in office for 2 weeks then only go in 1 day a month
