As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, VKTRY seeks a strategic and creative Email Marketing Specialist to analyze data, collaborate on content creation, and primarily communicate email marketing trends across internal teams.
About the position
As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in VKTRY Gear's growth. Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience and working closely with key team members. You will be responsible for email performance analytics and hindsight. Your strategic input will help the team build a calendar of campaigns and flows across customer segments. Success in this role is defined by the growth of the email customer base, productivity, and revenue attributed to email.
Qualifications
- Analyze relevant KPIs to create monthly/quarterly action plans
- Collaborate with team members to co-create campaigns relevant to customer segments
- Provide copy and design for customer emails
- Test and update email flows to ensure consistent messaging and optimize productivity
- Ownership of SMS communication
Experience
- 2-4 years experience in email marketing
- Possess a strong understanding of Email Marketing software (Klayvio)
- Ability to analyze data/information to gain insight for go-forward strategies
- Experience as an athlete or in the fitness/health industry is a plus
- Experience with a DTC/Shopify business is a plus
Compensation and Perks
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 plus 20% annual bonus when targets are achieved
- Hybrid schedule, expected to be in office three days/week (Milford, CT)
