Pathway was formed by ResiLabs, a partnership designed to create new housing solutions that address critical needs in the U.S. residential sector. ResiLabs was established by Regis Group and designed and developed in collaboration with Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) and Fifth Wall. The senior leadership team combines deep housing expertise with a track record of using technology to provide superior outcomes for customers.
Since launching in November of 2021, Pathway Homes has garnered attention as an innovative platform from Bloomberg and others following an initial $750mm raise to support expanding access to housing for Americans.
The Executive/Personal Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO in managing personal finances, overseeing travel arrangements, handling UK business-related matters, managing project timelines and deliverables, and coordinating Pathway Homes related tasks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
    • Support the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer and possibly 1-2 additional Dallas based executives with general and administrative duties
    • Manage personal finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, bill payments.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary planning for both personal and business trips.
    • Assist with project management tasks, including creating timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Manage Pathway Homes related items, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
    • Execute personal errands and tasks as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and confidentiality as needed.
    • Maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required.
    • Support the CEO in keeping all team members updated on project status, providing accurate recaps and disseminating information as necessary.
    • Ensure larger tasks are on pace and proactively identify any potential issues or delays.
Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 3-5 years of experience.
    • Proven track record in project management, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a structured approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
