We are looking for a passionate and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and help drive sales and the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Job Summary: 

The Regional Sales Manager for Pennsylvania, New York and other Northeast states will sell products and services offered by the company to current and new clientele. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts. 
  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests products and/or services that will meet those needs. 
  • Resolves customer complaints and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations. 
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. 
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Attain and surpass sales goal with the proven ability to "advance" the sale and build customer relationships to maintain and expand market penetration. 
  • Create and execute marketing and strategic territory plans, with excellent organization and follow­ through. 
  • Drives and maintains high customer service levels within the assigned account base. 
  • Work remotely while traveling extensively in Pennsylvania, New York and other Northeast states. 
  • Acts as company representative at trade, conferences, association, etc. meetings. 
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to travel significantly within Pennsylvania and the Northeast U.S. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • At least three years of sales experience required. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to spend long periods of time in a car or airplane
