Pathways Healthcare is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Westwood, MA

Pathways Healthcare is a home health and hospice care agency that started in MA in 2013 and has since grown to have ten centers in five different states - Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.
We are currently looking for an energetic and self starter Office Coordinator to provide support to company leadership to effectively accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. The ideal candidate has a particular attention to detail, is intrinsically curious, and likes to keep things clean and orderly.
Office Location: Westwood, MA
Job type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Main Job Duties
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external visitors.
  • Monitor and order inventory for office and break room supplies.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail, and packages.
  • Maintain office efficiency and provide general office upkeep.
  • File and organize records, invoices, and other important documentation.
  • Submit work orders and schedule repairs for general office space and equipment.
  • Organize in-office meetings - including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Work closely with our senior leadership team by participating and taking minutes for weekly meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Ability to write, create, and make visually appealing internal and external marketing content for social media platforms is a plus
