Our patient advocates serve as liaisons between clients, families, and healthcare providers, providing information on health insurance benefits, decision making, bill tracking, and payment assistance. With a friendly and knowledgeable staff, we prioritize ethical and transparent practices, ensuring thorough Explanation of Benefits (EOB), monthly invoicing, and guaranteed increase in patient responsibility reimbursements. We comply with HIPAA regulations and implement policies and processes to protect patient information.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Collections Specialist at Patient Advocacy Services, LLC located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to patient collection, cash collection, customer service, and finance. The role requires effective communication skills and strong attention to detail in managing patient accounts and ensuring timely payment.
