Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cardiac Cath RN to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. As a Cardiac Cath RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. This position requires advanced clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans for those undergoing cardiac catheterization.
• Assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Monitoring and managing patient symptoms and conditions before, during, and after procedures.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educating patients and their families about procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• At least three (3) years of prior experience in an intensive care setting, including Critical Care and Cath Lab experience.
• Nurse Managers reserve the right to determine if ICU experience meets their needs.
• Must have worked within the last six (6) months in the specialty.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
