Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, triaging, and providing direct patient care in the emergency department.
- Stabilizing patients and performing life-saving interventions as needed.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Active RN license in Georgia.
- At least three (3) years of recent prior experience in an emergency department or major trauma center emergency room.
- No more than a six-month gap in working in the emergency room setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
