Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated OR Circulating RN to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. As an OR Circulating RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care during surgical procedures, ensuring the operating room environment is safe, sterile, and well-organized. This position requires advanced clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the surgical team.
• Ensuring the operating room is prepared with all necessary equipment and supplies before procedures.
• Monitoring and documenting patient conditions during surgery.
• Managing sterile fields and maintaining aseptic techniques.
• Assisting the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies as needed.
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• Minimum three (3) years of current experience in an Operating Room setting (must have worked within the last six (6) months).
• Current operating room nursing certification is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation: $46.00 - $56.00 per hour
