Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Managing patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, including scrubbing and circulating as needed.
- Monitoring and managing patient symptoms and conditions post-surgery, ensuring a smooth and safe recovery process.
- Educating patients and their families about pre- and post-operative care and expectations.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Active RN license in Georgia.
- At least three (3) years of current experience in an operating room setting (exclusive of agency assignments).
- Ability to scrub and/or circulate effectively in the operating room.
- Must have worked within the last six (6) months in an operating room setting to ensure familiarity with current practices and protocols.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
