We are seeking an exceptional Client Service Representative / Inside Sales Assistant for our core team in our main call center in Tempe, AZ and potentially lead our call center team as we continue to grow our company.
We are strong believers in making sure that we answer the calls to help patients and providers, no matter how large we get, we want to continue to offer that level of care.
However, because of the high demand of patients and ordering doctors with questions or needing assistance, we need someone who is educated and qualified to speak with the care needed to handle patients, and the competency to assist demanding clinician requests.
We are a fast-growing company that needs individuals who are very strong with technology and customer service. Interest in future supervisory / management roles is a plus.
Currently, the average day will range from 100-170 calls, and growing daily.
Preferred Education / Experience :
This job is 100% administrative.

Pay : $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
