Sales Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead our wholesale and retail sales efforts. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional who can drive sales growth, foster strong relationships with dealers and customers, and provide effective leadership to our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Take ownership of wholesale and retail sales initiatives, providing strategic direction and guidance to the sales team. Ensure alignment with company objectives and maintain clear communication with staff and leadership.
  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by maintaining and expanding current sales volumes. Cultivate relationships with existing dealers and customers while actively seeking opportunities to establish partnerships in untapped territories.
  • Dealer Development and Training: Develop and implement dealer training programs to empower partners with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell our products. Facilitate dealer onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure success.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Monitor marketing efforts, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
  • Project Oversight: Take responsibility for overseeing projects and orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Address any issues or concerns promptly, including handling warranties and resolving customer dissatisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to help team members achieve their goals.
