Main Responsabilities:

• Lead the Risk Assessment of audit and suggest a management audit plan as result
• Develop Risk based audit and SOX audits. Create the Audit Reports and Dashboards and present the results to Leadership
• Communication with different areas of the company and other stakeholders, and also with external audit
• Execute audits in accordance with the plan approved by the Audit and Compliance Committee, applying a methodology that includes the development of detailed planning, identification of objectives of each process, risks and evaluation of the effectiveness of related control activities and delivery of recommendations and action plans or corrective actions that must be executed by the administration
• Constant monitoring and follow- up of the action plans and/or corrective actions from internal and external audits or from supervisory bodies, according to current definitions and procedures
• Manage consultancies requested by the administration in various matters, such as identification and/or evaluation of risks of existing processes or operations, eventual new processes and/or procedures, new products, survey of processes, among others
• Participate in activities related to consultancies, external audits or inspections, as required. Coordination of tasks and/ or developing specific tasks
• Investigations aimed at identifying suspicious or unusual operations, fraud, violations of codes of conduct, non – compliance with laws, regulations and norms, among others

Requirements:

• This job requires a minimum of 10 years of experience (at least 5 years in internal audit).
• Degree: Engineer, Accountant Auditor or a profession specialized in Finance
• Experience the CMF regulations, laws and regulations that govern fund managers and IFRS
• Knowledge of the financial market and risk management
• Resilient. Deep experience in managing working teams. Work based on objectives.
• Internal Control Methodologies
• English – native; Spanish – intermediate
• SOX is a must (preferred from the financial market)
