Job Summary

Base salary plus quarterly performance-based bonus and Full Benefits including Paid Vacation

Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on core values. Lead and hold team members accountable to achieve hospitality, sales, and profit goals. Maintain high standards of food, beverage, service, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

• 2 years as FOH Manager or Assistant GM in a full-service restaurant ($2M annual volume);
• 2 years kitchen management

• P&L analysis,

Other:

• Reliable commute to Katy, TX; 50-55 hours/week; High School Diploma
