Job Description
Lead the grand opening of a new restaurant, performing all pre-opening duties while updating and managing the bar program and wine list. Utilize strong P&L, budgeting, and sales forecasting experience to ensure the highest level of food quality and execution, especially for VIP and upscale guests. Collaborate with local hotels and tourism centers to identify sales trends and opportunities, making swift and effective business decisions, including sales forecasting and adjusting staff levels as needed. Additionally, coach, train, and develop the management team.
Qualifications
- 5 years of senior management experience in a high-volume, from-scratch restaurant.
- Strong wine knowledge
- Experience in opening a new restaurant
