Job Overview - Account Manager
This sales position is responsible for creating job orders from new and existing clients. Account Managers are involved in client company development and recruiting support. Responsibilities include client company engagement and job order creation; recruiting support involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates. Our state of the art applicant tracking system will give you the best in client and candidate support.
Required skills, and experience of an Account Manager:
· A minimum of 1 to 3 years of customer service, sales, or recruiting experience; non-office experience will be considered.
· Ability to talk with strangers - over the phone and face-to-face.
· A strong personality with the ability to close transactions, and build relationships.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Strong computer and administrative skills.
