**Property Manager** **Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. **Responsibilities:** - Manage all aspects of assigned properties - Advertise available units and conduct tours for potential tenants - Screen prospective tenants and handle lease agreements - Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors - Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with regulations - Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly - Collect rent and track financial transactions - Implement strategies to maximize rental income **Skills:** - Proficient in office and administrative tasks - Knowledge of property maintenance practices - Experience with CMMS software - Strong sales and upselling abilities - Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Prior experience with OneSite property management software Join our team as a Property Manager to showcase your expertise in property management, drive revenue through effective leasing strategies, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants.
