Job Description:
Patriot Sunrooms & Home Solutions is looking for a dedicated Sales Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing and sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include outbound prospecting, lead qualification, customer service, and providing administrative support to our sales team.
Requirements:
- Understanding of Lead Conversion Process
- Product Knowledge
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Hard worker with a positive attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Identify and qualify prospective customers
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and qualifying new sales opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Force
- Demonstrate our products effectively
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and support
