Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Practice Manager at Patriots Tax & Accounting Service. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, managing staff members, handling client inquiries and concerns, maintaining financial records and budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Practice Manager will also collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience preparing personal and business taxes.
