Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our promotions team. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, providing excellent service, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide information about our products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
• Promote company products and services to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
