We are looking for a Corporate Controller responsible for all accounting and internal financial reporting related to Pattern Inc and its associated entities. The Corporate Controller reports directly to the VP of Accounting. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.

- Providing reporting and solutions for ad-hoc information requests
- Ensuring that effective internal controls are in place to ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state regulations for financial and fiscal reporting
- Supervising accounting functions including review of accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, masters preferred
- CPA
- Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience, Big 4 preferred
- Experience working in an accounting leadership role for a publicly traded company is strongly preferred
- Detailed understanding of US GAAP reporting requirements
- Experience managing the financial close process
- Ability to drive process improvement and act as an agent for change
- Ability to research and document complex accounting transactions
- Experience accounting for inventory in a eCommerce environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate across departments

- You will report directly to Pattern’s VP of Accounting and align with them in building and executing strategy for Pattern’s accounting team. Pattern is data driven and results oriented.
