We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to partner with the Pattern PXM team and shape/execute our vision for how content drives ecommerce growth fro our partners. Pattern PXM is an AI-enabled software-as-a-service product within Pattern's ecommerce acceleration platform that allows brands to seamlessly organize, manage, and syndicate all of their product information and content. This role will play an integral part in building PxM and providing insights and strategic support to Pattern partners.
This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule in Lehi, Utah.

  • Steer enhancement and innovation for assigned product areas, creating a product roadmap with supporting user stories and requirements
  • Mentor product managers on the team as you work continue the creation of innovative and complex software, focusing on user research and customer discovery, translating feedback into seamless and delightful user journeys
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp business objectives and customer pain points, prioritizing product initiatives according to anticipated business impact
  • Work closely with engineering leads to understand resource tradeoffs and technical feasibility of different product implementations
  • Create, monitor and thoroughly groom product tickets to ensure clear direction and forward momentum for engineering teams
  • Demo product solutions internally and externally to validate efficacy and feature completeness while spurring excitement for Amplifi’s technical prowess
  • Benchmark Amplifi’s product solutions against competitors, identifying key gaps in functionality and opportunities for first-to-market innovations
What will I need to thrive in this role?
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience as a technical product leader within a high-performing company
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, PIM/DAM products preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with designers and engineering teams to translate ideas into product output
  • Exceptional written communication skills, especially the ability to document product needs within a clear set of requirements
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to C-level executives and/or brand marketing leaders
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and enterprise client expectations
  • Ability to work flexibly across an global product and engineering org
